# WashReply

> No new software. Just reviews handled. WashReply replies to car washes' Google reviews in the wash's own voice. There is no app, no dashboard, and no login for the owner: 4-5 star replies post automatically, and the owner only gets a text or email when a 1-3 star reply needs one-tap approval (reply Y to post). ## What it does
- Replies to every Google review, written for that specific review in the business's tone.
- 4-5 star review replies post automatically. 1-3 star review replies are drafted and held for the owner's one-tap approval (by text or email); the owner can approve, edit, or skip.
- Publishes weekly Google posts (specials, memberships, seasonal tips) and adds fresh photos.
- Regularly checks hours and business info, with a heads-up before holidays.
- Sends a simple summary of what was done.

## Who it's for
Car wash owners and operators (single or multi-location). Auto repair shops are planned next but not yet supported.

## No software for the owner
Nothing to download, install, or log in to. All owner interaction happens by text or email: reply Y to post a suggested reply, N to skip, or text edits.

## How it works
1. The owner adds WashReply as a manager on their Google Business Profile. The owner keeps ownership and can remove access anytime from Google.
2. The owner describes their voice: tone, offers, and things never to say.
3. WashReply replies to reviews and runs the profile; 1-3 star replies are texted or emailed to the owner for one-tap approval.
